    碳包覆改性尖晶石型LiMn_2O_4正極材料研究進展

    摘要(Abstract):

    尖晶石型LiMn_2O_4正極材料因其高電壓、低成本、高安全性等優點被廣泛研究和應用,但其充放電過程中Li~+的嵌/脫會伴隨著錳的溶解、電解液的腐蝕和Jahn-Teller效應等問題,使得電化學性能變差.表面包覆和離子摻雜是有效改善LiMn_2O_4容量衰減和提高其循環穩定性的主要方法.其中,表面包覆材料通常有各類碳材料、氧化物、氟化物、金屬單質和磷酸鹽等.綜述了不同碳源和方法對LiMn_2O_4進行碳包覆后的性能影響,展望了碳包覆對LiMn_2O_4正極材料未來的研究方向與發展前景.
    The spinel LiMn_2O_4 cathode materials have been widely studied and applied due to their advantages of high voltage, low cost, good safety, and so on. However, the Jahn-Teller effect arises from the discharge process accompanied by Li~+ion intercalation, manganese dissolution and electrolyte corrosion which lead to the poor electrochemical performance of the LiMn_2O_4. Surface coating and metal-ion doping are methods for effectively improving the capacity fading and inferior cycling stability of the LiMn_2O_4. Generally, various carbon materials, metal oxides/fluorides, metal elements, and phosphates are used as surface coating materials. In this paper, the effects of different carbon sources and preparation methods on the properties of the carbon-coated LiMn_2O_4 are reviewed, whilst the research direction and development trend of the carbon-coated LiMn_2O_4 are predicted.
