    純凈水和堿性天然礦泉水對維甲酸誘導的大鼠骨質疏松影響的比較
    A comparative study of the effects of pure water and natural alkaline mineral water on the retinoic acid-induced osteoporosis in rats

    摘要(Abstract):

    通過對大鼠的體重、臟器指數、血液指標、骨頭參數及組織形態學的分析,比較純凈水和堿性天然礦泉水對維甲酸引起的大鼠骨質疏松癥的影響.結果表明:純凈水和堿性天然礦泉水對大鼠的體重和臟器指數沒有顯著的影響.堿性天然礦泉水組大鼠的血鈣、血磷濃度、ALP以及Ct-BMD、Cancell-BMD、T-BMD、Tb-Ar和Polar moment等骨參數的平均值要稍優于純凈水組,但沒有顯著的統計學差異(p>0.05).堿性天然礦泉水組的Ct-Th要顯著地好于純凈水組(p<0.05),破骨細胞數量明顯少于純凈水組(p<0.05).相較于純凈水,堿性天然礦泉水可能對維甲酸誘導的大鼠骨質疏松癥癥狀具有一定的緩解作用.
    This study aimed to compare the effects of pure water and natural alkaline mineral water on the retinoic acid-induced osteoporosis in rats. The body weight, viscera index, blood index, bone parameters and histomorphology of rats were analyzed. The results showed that pure water and natural alkaline mineral water had no significant effect on their body weight and viscera index. The mean values of serum calcium, serum phosphorus, ALP, Ct-BMD, Cancell-BMD, T-BMD, Tb-Ar and polar moment in the natural-alkaline-mineral-water group were better than those in the pure-water group, but there was no significantly statistical difference(p>0.05). The Ct-Th of the natural-alkaline-mineral-water group was significantly better than that of the pure-water group, and the number of osteoclasts in the natural-alkaline-mineral-water group was significantly lower than that in the pure-water group(p<0.05). This study indicates that when compared with pure water, natural alkaline mineral water may relieve some symptoms of osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid in rats.
